6 Easy & Healthy Snacks

Hello everybody and welcome back to my blog! Before I start the post, I wanted to know how has your week gone? I appreciate a lot all the comments you write so don’t desire and tell me about it, you can also leave any post suggestion you want or your favourite part of today’s post.

Today I’m going to share with you 6 easy peasy healthy snacks you can do at home. I recently wrote a post about some really yummy dessert recipes but they weren’t really healthy. So for the ones that have decided to become more healthy this year, here you have some recipes!

All the recipes here, have been taken from Pinterst and as usual you will have them linked up to each site to make it easier for you to do it!

1. HUMMUS

I discovered hummus a few years ago and first, I didn’t really like it, but now I just love it and I would eat tons of it! You can eat it with many things, with bread, pitas, crackers, sandwiches… But my favourite way to eat it is with carrots. You just have to peel them, cut them into sticks and then you can enjoy your hummus. It’s really yummy!

I have also found a pin where you can see how to make different varieties of hummus: https://es.pinterest.com/pin/29836416258231580/

2. BAKED BANNANA CHIPS

Since I was little I have loved this type of banana. And when I found that recipe I thought it was perfect. They are really delicious and you can eat it with everything, you can eat it as a snack, maybe with cereals or for when you feel like eating them. So I totally recommend them, they are so good!

3. FROYO BITES

These ones are really simple to do, you only need two ingredients! I think this can be a good option for summer because they must be really refreshing. You can mostly do it with many different types of fruit and they seem to be very yummy! You just have to keep a bowl on your freezer and eat them when you want a refreshing thing instead of soda.

4. ORGANIC DARK CHOCOLATE TRAIL MIX ENERGY BITES

If you are a fan of chocolate, this one is for you! The mix of chocolate and dried fruit it’s just delicious, you just have to make sure that the chocolate is dark to make it a healthier option. You can of course make it to your own choice by adding the dried fruits you want. It can be really yummy!

5.  HEALTHY BAKED CARROT CHIPS HEALTHY BAKED CARROT CHIPS HEALTHY BAKED

If you want a salty option for the banana chips, try the carrot chips! I have tried the ones that came in a chips bag with different veggie chips and they taste amazing. They are really easy to do and you will love them! It’s the perfect snack and it can easily be served if you have guests. Healthy, easy and delicious!

6.  SKINNY CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA MUFFINS

And we finally have a more elaborated option, some chocolate muffins. But with a little twist by adding banana. I have tried similar ones, I don’t exactly know if they were these, and they just taste amazing! By the appearance you can tell how delicious they must be and they are perfect for breakfast!

And that’s all for this post! I hope you liked it and that you got some inspiration for your creative cooking.

Don’t forget to share in the comments which recipes you like the most and if you are going to try any of these!
