Yogurt 3 ways

Today’s post is about… Food! We are incoming to the routine; we are starting school or work, autumn is arriving and it’s time to set up a new food style. And that’s why today I’m going to show you 3 ways to eat yogurt that you can easily do. You can eat it as breakfast or dessert and believe me, they taste really good!!!IMG_3441

We are going to start with the fruity one. We are just going to need simple ingredients that you can find at home:

  • 1 Yogurt
  • 1 Banana
  • A handful of nuts

Firstly, we are going to put the yogurt in a bowl. Then we have to cut 3/4 of the banana in little pieces, add them to the yogurt and mix it all. After that we are going to cut the 1/4 of the banana we left before in slices and put it on the yogurt together with the nuts. And that’s it, now you have a beautiful dish to start the day with!

Another way to eat the yogurt is with biscuits and chocolate. For this recipe we are going to need:

  • 1 Yogurt
  • 3 Biscuits
  • 2 Pieces of chocolate

We start like above, putting the yogurt in a recipient and then we chop all the biscuits. Afterwards we mix it with the yogurt and added the two piecies of chocolate. And we have just finished our yogurt. It’s pretty simple, isn’t it?

Finally the third way of eating the yogurt is mixing cereals and jam. To elaborate this we need:

  • 1 Yogurt
  • A handful of oat flakes
  • A spoon of jam (I choose a cherry one)

To start with the recipe we are going to put both, the yogurt and the jam in a bowl and we are going to mix it until all is united. Then we are going to put like 3/4 of the oat flakes and also mix it with the yogurt. Finally, we are going to spread the rest of the oat flakes on top of the yogurt and if you want it you can also add some jam on it.
